The Global Meetings & Events (GME) service is a GBS* Commercial Operations (GCO) service focused on creating an enterprise-wide approach to meetings management logistics for HCP/Customer-facing and non-field led events with heavy logistical elements, including but not limited to congresses, investigator meetings, national sales meetings, and more.

The GME service provides end to end management of key planning milestones, as well as oversight for execution, compliance, and financial processes. In addition, we’re able to provide in-house delivery for registration websites, reporting, and use of virtual cards. We work across regional hubs and local markets to streamline and optimize the way we conduct meetings at AstraZeneca.
